Eligible Engine definition

Eligible Engine means any Engine suitable for installation on an Eligible Aircraft or any other Engine reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, in each case that are owned by the Borrower or any other applicable Grantor, that are not subject to a sublease, loan or similar arrangement, and that are eligible for the benefits of Section 1110.

Eligible Engine means any Engine suitable for use on an Eligible Aircraft.

Eligible Engine means an Engine that is an Eligible Asset.

• If Spirit fails to comply with the requirements set forth in Section 9, and such failure or non-approval, as applicable causes the Maintenance Center to reasonably reschedule or delay the induction or completion of a Shop Visit for an Eligible Engine, then such delay shall constitute an Excusable Delay for IAE.

• In the event that the repair or replacement of an Accessory for an Eligible Engine delays the completion of the Shop Visit for such Eligible Engine, such delay shall be considered an Excusable Delay.

• Eligible Inflight Shutdowns shall comprise the inflight shutdown of an Eligible Engine during a scheduled revenue flight which is determined to have been caused by a Failure of a Part of such Engine.

More Definitions of Eligible Engine

Eligible Engine means any Engine that, individually or when considered with all Eligible Engines then owned (either directly or beneficially) by Issuer, as applicable, shall comply with each of the following requirements, unless any of such requirements is waived in writing by the Deal Agent:"

Eligible Engine means an Engine that is an Eligible Asset and is not either (a) an Engine that is installed on an Aircraft that has been included in the Borrowing Base as Eligible Equipment or (b) an Engine that has been included in the Borrowing Base as an Eligible Saleable Asset.
