Eligible district definition

Eligible district means 1 or more of the following:
Eligible district means a school district whose board had adopted a voluntary desegregation plan under this chapter prior to June 28, 2007.
Eligible district means a district for which the local school operating revenue per membership pupil exceeds the district's foundation allowance as calculated under section 20.
