Canada shall pay an amount equal to the lesser of the dollar or percentage amount of the Eligible Costs of the Project as indicated below.
The applicable portion of any income, rebate, allowance, or any other credit relating to any applicable direct or indirect costs, received by or accruing to the Proponent, shall be credited to the Eligible Costs.
Eligible Costs shall be approved in accordance with Treasury Board Guidelines associated with the execution of the various Tasks as described in Schedule A.
The Minister will pay the Contribution to the Proponent in respect of Eligible Costs incurred on the basis of itemized claims submitted in accordance with the procedures set out in Schedule 3.
For the determination of Recoverable Costs, Eligible Costs considered in the Minimum Work Program and the Minimum Program Increase shall be recognized with an additional value of twenty five percent (25%) of the original amount included in the Budgets and Work Programs approved by CNH, as long as they comply with the previsions in Annexes 4, 10 and 11, and with the Guidelines issued for such purposes by the Ministry of Finance in effect on the date of the award of the Contract.
