Eligible Collateral Assets definition

Eligible Collateral Assets means as of the Cutoff Date, all 2015-1 Lease Agreements and the related 2015-1 Leased Vehicles that (i) satisfy the respective criteria on Exhibit X to this Appendix 1, and (ii) are not (and are not 2015-1 Leased Vehicles leased under) Delinquent Leases, Defaulted Leases, Matured Leases, Terminated Leases or 2015-1 Lease Agreements that the Servicer is required to have reallocated from the 2015-1 Designated Pool pursuant to Section 2.5 of the 2015-1 Servicing Supplement but has not so reallocated.

Eligible Collateral Assets means Cash and securities which satisfy all of the Eligibility Criteria applicable to an Eligibility Set. Securities which satisfy all of the Eligibility Criteria that are specified to be applicable to an Eligibility Set will be Eligible Collateral Assets notwithstanding that such assets do not satisfy the Eligibility Criteria applicable to another Eligibility Set.

Examples of Eligible Collateral Assets in a sentence

• As of any date of determination, if the Eligible Collateral Assets, taken as a whole, do not satisfy the Portfolio Criteria, Eligible Collateral Assets or a portion thereof (the “Non-Qualifying Assets”) will be excluded from such determination to the extent necessary to cause the remaining Eligible Collateral Assets to satisfy the Portfolio Criteria.

• The Non-Qualifying Assets will be selected on the basis of, for purposes of determining the Borrowing Base, the lowest Assigned Value Percentage; provided that if two or more Eligible Collateral Assets have the same Assigned Value Percentage, the Eligible Collateral Asset that would (if it were not a Non-Qualifying Asset) have the lower Advance Rate will be selected for inclusion in the Non-Qualifying Assets.

• All Collateral Assets included as Eligible Collateral Assets in the Borrowing Base as of such date are Eligible Collateral Assets.

• Any excess of Eligible Collateral Assets deemed to be included in the CCC Excess will be selected on the same basis as Non-Qualifying Assets.

• Any excess of Eligible Collateral Assets that will be deemed to be Defaulted Obligations as described in the definition of DIP Loan, the definition of Current Pay Obligation, and clause (c) of the definition of Defaulted Obligation will be selected on the same basis as Non-Qualifying Assets.

Eligible Collateral Assets means the securities which:

Eligible Collateral Assets means any security which complies with the following:

Eligible Collateral Assets means any Eligible Securities as defined in the Repurchase Service Agreement;

Eligible Collateral Assets means at any time any assets other than Mortgage-Backed Promissory Notes identified in the MPIPs Document as eligible as collateral for Eurosystem Operations at that time and which, for the avoidance of doubt, satisfy the Eligibility Criteria relevant thereto. As at the date of this Agreement, Eligible Collateral Assets comprise marketable assets, credit claims and, to the extent that it satisfies the applicable Eligibility Criteria, cash;
