Examples of Eligible Charges in a sentence
For each Minimum Revenue Commitment, CUSTOMER commits that the Eligible Charges it incurs during each Commitment Period will equal or exceed the amount of the commitment.
If CUSTOMER fails to meet any Minimum Revenue Commitment in a Commitment Period, then CUSTOMER will pay a Shortfall Charge equal to the difference between the Minimum Revenue Commitment and the amount of Eligible Charges for that Minimum Revenue Commitment incurred during the Commitment Period.
For Covered Services provided by or on behalf of Provider to a Member who is enrolled in a product and/or program that is supported by a Network designated in this Agreement, Provider agrees to accept as the Anthem Rate, the lesser of Eligible Charges or the compensation as set forth below.
For MA Covered Services provided by or on behalf of Provider to a Medicare Advantage Member, Provider agrees to accept, as the Anthem Medicare Advantage Rate, the lesser of Eligible Charges or a Fee Schedule based on of the CMS Medicare fee schedules.
The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to Eligible Charges as defined in the PCS for Covered Services under the out of area or reciprocal programs.
