Eligible Cards definition

Eligible Cards means any of the following OCBC Credit Cards:
Eligible Cards means UOB Reserve Card, UOB Visa Infinite Metal Card, UOB Visa Infinite Card, UOB Privilege Banking Card, UOB PRVI Miles American Express Card, UOB PRVI Miles Mastercard and UOB PRVI Miles Visa Card.
Eligible Cards means Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China Unionpay (CUP) and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) credit card accounts with UOB. For the avoidance of doubt, UOB corporate credit cards and UOB debit cards are not eligible for this Rebate.

  • Eligible Cards may also vary based on Your location and may change from time to time.

  • Eligible Cards can be used to make payment as in App payments on E-commerce applications and for tokenized Scan and Pay transactions.

  • BOH may, at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice suspend or terminate the use of Eligible Cards through the Service.

  • BOH in its sole discretion will determine which BOH issued debit cards are Eligible Cards.

  • You should remove your Eligible Cards from the Service if you transfer or allow another to use your Device.

  • From 31 December 2020, as per European Banking Authority opinion, SCA must be applied on all EU/EEA card payment transactions, which is done by using 3DS2 on SCA Eligible Cards transaction of major card schemes that are members of EMVCo.

  • Nothing in this Agreement is intended to supersede, replace, or otherwise modify any cardholder agreement or deposit account agreement you may have with Bank of Hawaii that applies to your Eligible Card(s) and is in addition to those applicable terms and conditions.


More Definitions of Eligible Cards

Eligible Cards means Cards issued by a Card Association, which Card Association allows Alternate Authentication of Card transactions effected on the PayZapp Application, the details of which Card Associations shall be provided by PayZapp to the Customer, from time to time;
Eligible Cards means any Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay and JCB credit issued by UOB in Singapore but shall exclude UOB Travel Account, Purchasing, Business, Multicurrency Corporate and Private Label cards issued by UOB.
Eligible Cards means any of the following: Canadian Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as may be amended from time to time.
Eligible Cards means Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China Unionpay (CUP) and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) credit cards and all UOB debit cards. For the avoidance of doubt, UOB Purchasing cards, Business cards, Multicurrency Corporate cards, Private Label cards and cards issued under UOB Travel accounts are not eligible for this Promotion.
Eligible Cards means any Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay and JCB credit or debit card issued by UOB in Singapore but does not include UOB Travel Account, Purchasing, Business, Multicurrency Corporate and Private Label cards issued by UOB in Singapore.
Eligible Cards means any credit cards issued by the Bank with the following the credit card bin number (first 6 digits of Alliance Bank Visa and MasterCard credit cards) listed below:

Related to Eligible Cards

  • eligible Categories means Categories (1), (2) and (3) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Eligible Cash means cash held in a segregated restricted deposit account maintained with and pledged to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Secured Parties, as security for the Obligations, and in which the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Secured Parties, has a first priority perfected security interest.

  • eligible Category means Category (1) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Eligible Countries means: (a) in the case of the African Development Bank and the Nigeria trust Fund, the Member Countries of the African Development Bank.

  • Eligible Customers means non-residential electric and/or gas Customers of Ameren Illinois. Each application has different eligibility requirements for Delivery Service rates (DS# for electric, GDS# for gas) to be eligible for that program. Refer to the specific program applications to determine if your business is eligible for that application. The Ameren Illinois incentive payments are awarded only to Eligible Customers for equipment that is owned by them and installed in the Ameren Illinois service area at the location that corresponds with the Ameren Illinois account number listed in the Application. All Eligible Customers are ultimately responsible for compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Eligible Country means the countries and territories eligible for participation in procurements.

  • Eligible Credit Card Receivables means at the time of any determination thereof, each Credit Card Receivable that satisfies the following criteria at the time of creation and continues to meet the same at the time of such determination: such Credit Card Receivable (i) has been earned by performance and represents the bona fide amounts due to a Borrower from a credit card payment processor and/or credit card issuer, and in each case originated in the ordinary course of business of such Borrower, and (ii) is not ineligible for inclusion in the calculation of the Borrowing Base pursuant to any of clauses (a) through (k) below. Without limiting the foregoing, to qualify as an Eligible Credit Card Receivable, an Account shall indicate no Person other than a Borrower as payee or remittance party. In determining the amount to be so included, the face amount of an Account shall be reduced by, without duplication, to the extent not reflected in such face amount, (i) the amount of all accrued and actual discounts, claims, credits or credits pending, promotional program allowances, price adjustments, finance charges or other allowances (including any amount that a Borrower may be obligated to rebate to a customer, a credit card payment processor, or credit card issuer pursuant to the terms of any agreement or understanding (written or oral)) and (ii) the aggregate amount of all cash received in respect of such Account but not yet applied by the Loan Parties to reduce the amount of such Credit Card Receivable. Any Credit Card Receivables meeting the foregoing criteria shall be deemed Eligible Credit Card Receivables but only as long as such Credit Card Receivable is not included within any of the following categories, in which case such Credit Card Receivable shall not constitute an Eligible Credit Card Receivable:

  • Eligible Consumer means a consumer of electricity in the area of supply of the distribution licensee, who uses a rooftop solar system installed in the consumer premises, to offset part or all of the consumer's own electrical requirements, given that such systems can be self-owned or third party owned;

  • Eligible Contract means a currently effective written contract between Bank and a Subcustodian satisfying the requirements of paragraph (c)(2) of Rule 17f-5 (including any amendments thereto or successor provisions).

  • Eligible cost means as applied to a qualified project to be financed from the federal accounts, the costs that are permitted under applicable federal laws, requirements, procedures, and guidelines in regard to establishing, operating, and providing assistance from the bank. As applied to a qualified project to be financed from the state highway account, these costs include the costs of preliminary engineering, traffic and revenue studies, environmental studies, right‑of‑way acquisition, legal and financial services associated with the development of the qualified project, construction, construction management, facilities, and other costs necessary for the qualified project. As applied to any qualified project to be financed from the state transit account, eligible project costs are limited to capital expenditures for transit equipment and facilities.

  • Eligible Costs means the actual costs reasonably incurred by the Recipient:

  • Eligible In-Transit Inventory means, as of any date of determination thereof, without duplication of other Eligible Inventory, In-Transit Inventory:

  • Eligible Foreign Accounts means Accounts with respect to which the account debtor does not have its principal place of business in the United States and that (i) are supported by one or more letters of credit in an amount and of a tenor, and issued by a financial institution, acceptable to Bank, or (ii) that Bank approves on a case-by-case basis.

  • Ineligible Costs means the costs described under Part E.2 of Schedule “E” of this Agreement.

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of first quality finished goods held for sale in the ordinary course of Borrower’s business.

  • Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable if (a) the related Originator has recognized the related revenue on its financial books and records under GAAP, and (b) not more than thirty (30) days have expired since the date such Unbilled Receivable arose.

  • Eligible Contract Participant means an “eligible contract participant” as defined in the CEA and regulations thereunder.

  • Eligible Cash Equivalents means any of the following: (i) securities issued or directly and fully guaranteed or insured by the United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof (provided that the full faith and credit of the United States is pledged in support thereof) maturing not more than one year after the date of acquisition (or such other maturities if not prohibited by the Credit Agreement); (ii) time deposits in and certificates of deposit of any Eligible Bank (or in any other financial institution to the extent the amount of such deposit is within the limits insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation), provided that such investments have a maturity date not more than two years after the date of acquisition and that the average life of all such investments is one year or less from the respective dates of acquisition; (iii) repurchase obligations with a term of not more than 180 days for underlying securities of the types described in clause (i) above or clause (iv) below entered into with any Eligible Bank or securities dealers of recognized national standing; (iv) direct obligations issued by any state of the United States or any political subdivision or public instrumentality thereof, provided that such investments mature, or are subject to tender at the option of the holder thereof, within 365 days after the date of acquisition (or such other maturities if not prohibited by the Credit Agreement) and, at the time of acquisition, have a rating of at least “A-2” or “P-2” (or long-term ratings of at least “A3” or “A-”) from either S&P or Xxxxx’x, or, with respect to municipal bonds, a rating of at least MIG 2 or VMIG 2 from Xxxxx’x (or equivalent ratings by any other nationally recognized rating agency); (v) commercial paper of any Person other than an Affiliate of the Company and other than structured investment vehicles, provided that such investments have a rating of at least A-2 or P-2 from either S&P or Xxxxx’x and mature within 180 days after the date of acquisition (or such other maturities if not prohibited by the Credit Agreement); (vi) overnight and demand deposits in and bankers’ acceptances of any Eligible Bank and demand deposits in any bank or trust company to the extent insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation against the Bank Insurance Fund; (vii) money market funds (and shares of investment companies that are registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940) substantially all of the assets of which comprise investments of the types described in clauses (i) through (vi); (viii) United States dollars, or money in other currencies received in the ordinary course of business; (ix) asset-backed securities and corporate securities that are eligible for inclusion in money market funds; (x) fixed maturity securities which are rated BBB- and above by S&P or Baa3 and above by Xxxxx’x; provided such investments will not be considered Eligible Cash Equivalents to the extent that the aggregate amount of investments by the Company and its Subsidiaries in fixed maturity securities which are rated BBB+, BBB or BBB- by S&P or Xxx0, Xxx0 or Baa3 by Xxxxx’x exceeds 20% of the aggregate amount of their investments in fixed maturity securities; and (xi) instruments equivalent to those referred to in clauses (i) through (vi) above or funds equivalent to those referred to in clause (vii) above denominated in Euros or any other foreign currency customarily used by corporations for cash management purposes in jurisdictions outside the United States to the extent advisable in connection with any business conducted by the Company or any Subsidiary, all as determined in good faith by the Company.
