Eligible Buyer definition

Eligible Buyer means any Buyer who: (1) purchased a ticket to a cancelled event prior to StubHub’s refund policy change on March 25, 2020; (2) has not already received a full cash refund from StubHub or through a credit card chargeback; (3) was defaulted to a credit refund; and (4) has not used credit equal to 100% of their original order amount.

• None of such Scheduled Receivables shall have been the subject of a prior Purchase Notice unless such Scheduled Receivable has been repurchased by the relevant Originator and rebilled to an Eligible Buyer (for the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that such schedule may be transmitted to the Administrative Agent by e-mail).

• The Company acknowledges and agrees that the right set forth in this Section 4(o) is a right granted by the Company, separately, to each Eligible Buyer (as defined herein).

More Definitions of Eligible Buyer

Eligible Buyer means any member of the HP Group, HP Subcontractors and other third parties mutually agreed to in writing by the parties who purchase Agilent Products from the Agilent Business. "HP Subcontractors" means third party entities which perform contract work for any member of the HP Group and which acquire Agilent Products from the Agilent Business. HP Subcontractors are independent contractors of a member of the HP Group, and are not legally related to any member of the HP Group as agent, employee, partner, joint venture or other manner.

Eligible Buyer means a person who meets eligibility requirements, including income limitations, as established by rule.

Eligible Buyer means a person who is income certified by the Town or its agent and qualified as described in paragraph 3.A. hereof.
