Eligibility Change(s) definition

Eligibility Change(s) means a change in Plan Beneficiary eligibility as reported to PBM by NDPERS whether in paper or electronic format.

  • Examples of Category III changes: o All Eligibility Changes; o Changes in EPSDT; o Spend-down level changes; o Aggregate cost-sharing changes that are not consistent with Medicaid cost- sharing flexibility (would exceed 5 percent of family income) in current Medicaid regulations; o Benefit changes that are not in accordance with current Medicaid regulations; and o Post-eligibility treatment of income; and o Amendments requesting changes to the budget neutrality limits.

  • In the event PBM receives electronic Eligibility Changes that it cannot process for any reason, PBM will be responsible for notifying NDPERS within one (1) business day that the information that was transmitted cannot be processed.

  • PBM shall load and make operable all Eligibility Changes electronically submitted by NDPERS in appropriate format no later than one (1) business day from receipt of such data.

  • Eligibility and selection criteria means criteria for determining:

  • Eligibility Criteria means the legal criteria as specified in the Clause 5 of this E- Auction Process Information Document;
