Examples of Eleventh Amendment Effective Date in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything contained in any Loan Document, the Tenth Amendment Fee Letter shall survive the Tenth Amendment Effective Date and the Eleventh Amendment Effective Date, and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any Loan Document, the Lenders hereby authorize the Borrower and the Administrative Agent to make, without the consent of any other party, any changes to the Loan Documents that the Borrower may be required to make pursuant to the terms of the Tenth Amendment Fee Letter.
The proceeds of the 2014-1 Additional Term Loans made on the Eleventh Amendment Effective Date shall be placed into escrow with the Eleventh Amendment Escrow Agent on the terms set forth in the Eleventh Amendment Escrow Agreement.
