Elevated structure definition

Elevated structure means a non-basement structure built to have the lowest floor elevated above the ground level by means of fill, solid foundation perimeter walls, filled stem wall foundations (also called chain walls), pilings, or columns (posts and piers).
Elevated structure means any structure located within a ten (10) foot horizontal distance from the pool edge, which is intended for patron access, and may unintentionally serve as a raised platform for diving or jumping into a pool.
