Electronic Payment for Shares Service definition

Electronic Payment for Shares Service means the service involving trading of securities whereby payments are facilitated via Electronic Payment or payments by CIMB to the Client via electronic payment;
Electronic Payment for Shares Service means the payment by the Client for the Transactions or other sums due and owing by the Client to CGS-CIMB effected through telegraphic transfer, direct debit or any other electronic means offered by a Participating Bank;
Electronic Payment for Shares Service means the service involving the trading of securities by which payments are facilitated via Electronic Payments;

Examples of Electronic Payment for Shares Service in a sentence

  • CIMB is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the information that may be displayed or transmitted by the Licensed Financial Institution to the Client for the purpose of utilising the Electronic Payment for Shares Service including but not limited to details of the Transactions or any other Transactions.

  • No payments will be made by CIMB to the Designated Bank Account through the Electronic Payment for Shares Service on Saturdays or half business days of the Licensed Financial Institution or CIMB.

  • In order for the Client to utilise the Electronic Payment for Shares Service, the Client shall execute such forms and/or documents that CIMB may require from time to time.

  • Where the Client makes payment by cheque, cashier’s order, bank draft, in any other negotiable instrument, through GIRO or through the Electronic Payment for Shares Service, the date of payment shall be the date when such instrument is cleared (if applicable) and full payment is finally received by CGS-CIMB.

  • No payments will be made by CGS- CIMB to the Designated Bank Account through the Electronic Payment for Shares Service on Saturdays or half Business Days of the Participating Banks or CGS-CIMB.

  • Electronic Payment for Securities 84.1 The Client may from time to time effect payment for Transactions or any sum that may be due and owing to CGS-CIMB through the Electronic Payment for Shares Service.

  • In order for the Client to utilise the Electronic Payment for Shares Service, the Client shall execute such forms and/or documents that CGS-CIMB may require from time to time.84.2 CGS-CIMB shall in its discretion be entitled from time to time to pay the Sales Proceeds and contra gains due to the Client arising from the Transactions effected through the Account and any other sums owed by CGS- CIMB to the Client through the Electronic Payment for Shares Service to the Designated Bank Account.

  • Electronic Payment System means a payment system that generates any transfer of funds, other than a transaction originated by cash, check, or similar paper instrument, which is initiated through an electronic terminal, telephone, mobile phone, computer, or magnetic tape, for the purpose of ordering, instructing or authorizing a financial institution to debit or credit an account. The term includes debit cards, wire transfers, transfers made at automatic teller machines, and point-of-sale terminals.

  • Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database means that—

  • Electronic ballot means a ballot that is recorded using a direct electronic voting

  • Bus Service means regularly scheduled public transit service operating with limited stops using a fixed route.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) means the Federal repository into which an Entity must enter the information required under the Transparency Act, which may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov.

  • advanced electronic signature means an electronic signature which meets the following requirements:

  • Communications service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 911 system by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the system exclusively through the digits 911 by means of a local telephone device or wireless communications device.

  • Communications service provider means a service provider that provides broadband service.

  • Continuous Service means that the Participant’s service with the Company or an Affiliate, whether as an Employee, Director or Consultant, is not interrupted or terminated. A change in the capacity in which the Participant renders service to the Company or an Affiliate as an Employee, Consultant or Director or a change in the entity for which the Participant renders such service, provided that there is no interruption or termination of the Participant’s service with the Company or an Affiliate, will not terminate a Participant’s Continuous Service; provided, however, that if the Entity for which a Participant is rendering services ceases to qualify as an Affiliate, as determined by the Board, in its sole discretion, such Participant’s Continuous Service will be considered to have terminated on the date such Entity ceases to qualify as an Affiliate. To the extent permitted by law, the Board or the chief executive officer of the Company, in that party’s sole discretion, may determine whether Continuous Service will be considered interrupted in the case of (i) any leave of absence approved by the Board or chief executive officer, including sick leave, military leave or any other personal leave, or (ii) transfers between the Company, an Affiliate, or their successors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a leave of absence will be treated as Continuous Service for purposes of vesting in an Award only to such extent as may be provided in the Company’s leave of absence policy, in the written terms of any leave of absence agreement or policy applicable to the Participant, or as otherwise required by law.

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a wireless communications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other nontelecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the amount declines with use in a known amount.

  • Telecommunications service provider means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, supra, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunications Service Provider" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Termination of Services means Participant’s Termination of Consultancy, Termination of Directorship or Termination of Employment, as applicable.

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.
