Electronic Format definition

Electronic Format means any document or other means of communication that is created, recorded, transmitted or stored in digital form or in any other intangible form by electronic, magnetic or optical means or by any other computer-related means that have similar capabilities for creation, recording, transmission or storage;

Electronic Format means the computerized format of a document prepared and transmitted in accordance with the standards, procedures and guidelines contained in the SEDAR Filer Manual;

Electronic Format means text-based or image-based content in a form that is produced on, published by and readable on computers or other digital devices and is an electronic version of a printed book, whether or not any printed equivalent exists.
