Electronic Copy has the meaning specified in Section 11.16.
Electronic Copy means a copy of the document in the software medium in which the document was created for initial approval and subsequent required updates.
Electronic Copy means (a) a scan or facsimile of a document that bears a handwritten or electronic signature or (b) a document that has been converted into a computer file, such as a portable document file (PDF), that bears a handwritten or electronic signature.
