Electronic Communications definition

Electronic Communications means any transfer of signs, signals, text, images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or part electronically received and/or transmitted through the Service.
Electronic Communications means the transfer of information using electronic or similar media and the recording of information using electronic media.
Electronic Communications means any emission, transmission or reception of sound, pictures, text or any other information by wire, radio waves, optical media, electromagnetic systems or any other means of a like nature;

More Definitions of Electronic Communications

Electronic Communications means communications transmitted (whether from one person to another, from one device to another, from a person to a device or from a device to a person):
Electronic Communications means electronic transmission of information that has been encoded digitally which could include, but is not limited to, email.
