Electronic Channel definition

Electronic Channel means any telecommunication or electronic transmission method which may be used in connection with the Services, including any ATM, computer, email, facsimile, Internet, mobile device, mobile phone, network, personal digital assistant, point-of-sale terminal, smart phone, SWIFT or SWIFT Network, telephone, wire transfer system, or wireless device;
Electronic Channel has the meaning given in the Legal Terms and Conditions and, for greater certainty, includes RBC NextLogic.
Electronic Channel means used by the Client to perform operations in the Online banking system of the Bank.

  • The Customer waives any right to raise a defence or waiver of liability on the basis that a Document was accessed, sent, received, accepted, or processed through an Electronic Channel, including on the basis that it was not “in writing” or was not signed or delivered.

  • The Customer will be bound by any use, including any actions or omissions resulting from the use, of any Security Device in connection with the Services, including any Document accessed, sent, received, accepted, or processed using an Electronic Channel.

  • The Customer further confirms that it is authorized to exercise and delegate all rights, powers, or authorities for the Services through an Electronic Channel, including acting alone if required for a Service, notwithstanding anything to the contrary which may be specified in an Authorization Form.

  • Royal Bank may, in its discretion, provide Account statements in paper or electronic form using any Electronic Channel.

  • This Agreement may be entered in parts and each part may be entered using an Electronic Channel.

  • Any Document, including any disclosure or notice of change to this Agreement, may be delivered using one or more means of communication, which may include: (i) delivery in paper form; or (ii) delivery in electronic form using any Electronic Channel, including posting on Royal Bank’s website.

  • The Customer designates the RBC Express Message Centre as its designated information system, and consents to the provision by Royal Bank, and receipt by the Customer, of any Document through that Electronic Channel.

Electronic Channel means any physical or electronic infrastructure, device, hardware, software, application, developed and offered by the Company, allowing the Customer to carry out transactions authorised by the Company, including without limitation, ATM, My Money Mobile application, USSD Platform, self-service payment terminals (paybox) and/or payment terminals and/or websites;
Electronic Channel means, in relation to a Credit, any electronic means or channel (e.g. Bolero, EssDocs) which is approved by the Bank, through which the Company may send or present the documents under the Credit to the Bank (whether acting as presenting bank and/or issuing bank) pursuant to this Agreement;
Electronic Channel means any telecommunication or electronic transmission method which may be used in connection with a Money Market Deposit or service, including any computer, email, facsimile, internet, network, SWIFT or the SWIFT network, wire transfer system.

  • Electronic cigarette means any oral device that provides a vapor of liquid nicotine, lobelia, and/or other similar substance, and the use or inhalation of which simulates smoking. The term shall include any such devices, whether they are manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, or under another product name or descriptor.

  • Electronic cleaner means a product labeled for the removal of dirt, moisture, dust, flux, or oxides from the internal components of electronic or precision equipment such as circuit boards, and the internal components of electronic devices, including but not limited to, radios, compact disc (CD) players, digital video disc (DVD) players, and computers. “Electronic Cleaner” does not include “General Purpose Cleaner,” “General Purpose Degreaser,” “Dusting Aid,” “Pressurized Gas Duster,” “Engine Degreaser,” “Electrical Cleaner,” “Energized Electrical Cleaner,” “Anti-Static Product,” or products labeled to clean the casings or housings of electronic equipment. “Electronic Cleaner” does not include any product that meets both of the following criteria:

  • electronic commerce means the supply of goods or services or both, including digital products over digital or electronic network;

  • Electronic Communications means any transfer of signs, signals, text, images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or part electronically received and/or transmitted through the Cloud Service.

  • Electronic Copy shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.17.

  • Electronic Communication Network means the transmission line connecting the data transmission place and the data receiving place.

  • Catalogue of electronic communications means information that identifies each person with which a user has had an electronic communication, the time and date of the communication, and the electronic address of the person.

  • Electronic communications system means any wire, radio, electromagnetic, photooptical or photoelectronic facilities for the transmission of wire or electronic communications, and any computer facilities or related electronic equipment for the electronic storage of such communications;

  • Electronic Coupon means an electronic flight coupon or other value document held in our database.

  • Electronic System means any electronic system, including e-mail, e-fax, Intralinks®, ClearPar®, Debt Domain, Syndtrak and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank and any of its respective Related Parties or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.

  • Public Electronic Communications Network means an Electronic Communications Network provided wholly or mainly for the purpose of making Electronic Communications Services available to members of the public;

  • Electronic communication device means any mode of electronic communication, including but not limited to computers, cell phones, PDAs, or the internet.

  • Electronic component means an item that operates by controlling the flow of electrons or other electrically charged particles in circuits, using interconnections of electrical devices such as resistors, inductors, capacitors, diodes, switches, transistors, or integrated circuits. The term does not include structural or mechanical parts of an assembly containing an electronic component, and does not include any high performance magnets that may be used in the electronic component.

  • Electronic converter means a device capable of controlling and/or converting electric power for electric propulsion.

  • Electronic Ticket means the Itinerary/Receipt issued by us or on our behalf, the Electronic Coupons and, if applicable, a boarding document.

  • electronic communications service means a service normally provided for remuneration which consists wholly or mainly in the conveyance of signals on electronic communications networks, including telecommunications services and transmission services in networks used for broadcasting, but exclude services providing, or exercising editorial control over, content transmitted using electronic communications networks and services; it does not include information society services, as defined in Article 1 of Directive 98/34/EC, which do not consist wholly or mainly in the conveyance of signals on electronic communications networks;

  • Approved Electronic Communications means any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material that any Credit Party provides to Administrative Agent pursuant to any Credit Document or the transactions contemplated therein which is distributed to the Agents or to the lenders by means of electronic communications pursuant to Section 10.1(b).

  • Electronic act means the creation or transmission originated on or off the schoolsite, by means of an electronic device, including, but not limited to, a telephone, wireless telephone, or other wireless communication device, computer, or pager, of a communication, including, but not limited to, any of the following:
