Electricity Supply Licence definition

Electricity Supply Licence means a licence granted, or treated as granted, pursuant to section 6(1)(d) of the Electricity Act.

  • Given that compliance with the RO is a relevant requirement of the Electricity Supply Licence, the Authority may use its enforcement powers in the same way that it can in respect of breaches of other licence conditions.

Related to Electricity Supply Licence
