Electricity Law definition

Electricity Law means any of them;
Electricity Law means the Electricity Supply Act 1995 (NSW); Electricity Supply (General) Regulation 2001 (NSW) and any other applicable acts, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines, licences, codes or conditions imposed relevant to the feed-in arrangement.
Electricity Law means the Codes, the Electricity Industry Act (Vic) 2000 and regulations under that Act, the Electricity Safety Act (Vic) 1998 and regulations under that Act, the Essential Services Commission Act (Vic) (2001) and regulations and determinations under that Act, the National Electricity (Victoria) Act (Vic) 2005 and the National Electricity Law, the Deemed Distribution Contract and any other law, statute, regulation, proclamation, order in council, direction, tariff, guideline or standard which can be enforced by law or by a regulatory authority against a participant in the Victorian region of the National Electricity Market.

Environmental Scheme means any law which has as one of its purposes the reduction or limitation of greenhouse gases, the encouragement of renewable, low emissions or other forms of clean energy, or the minimisation of the impact of the electricity industry on the environment, including LRET and SRES. ESI Act means the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 (Tas).
Electricity Law means the Borrower’s Act No. 20/2002 dated September 23, 2002;
