Electricity Charge definition

Electricity Charge means the price we will charge you for the electricity we sell you as set out in the Electricity Charges Schedule. Fee means a charge other than the Electricity Charge. A full list of Fees is available on our website (xxx.x-xxxx.xxx.xx).
Electricity Charge means the price we will charge you for the electricity generated by the Electricity Supply Equipment which is stated in the Electricity Charges Schedule. Electricity Supply Equipment means the electricity supply equipment specified in the Electricity Supply Equipment Schedule. Fee means a Charge other than a Standard Price or the Electricity Charge.
Electricity Charge means the product of (i) the fixed or variable price for electricity, and other related fixed and/or pass through charges for related products and services supplied, as set forth in the TC for each Account; and (ii) the billing units associated with such charges during the applicable period. For avoidance of doubt, if Supplier is providing wholesale load service as defined in Article 4, Option 5.1(c) Supplier Consolidated Billing shall apply.

Examples of Electricity Charge in a sentence

  • If a change in a Relevant Tax occurs or a new Relevant Tax is imposed, we may adjust the Electricity Charge to the extent necessary to reflect that proportion of the effect of that change in Relevant Tax or new Relevant Tax which we estimate in good faith is fairly attributable to or payable by you taking into account the amount of electricity we supply to you.

  • If a Change in Law occurs, we may adjust the Electricity Charge to the extent necessary to put us into the position we would have been in under the Contract had it not been for the Change in Law.

  • Network Rail shall issue to the Train Operator an invoice as soon as practicable, or as otherwise agreed, following the expiry of each Charging Period in respect of the Variable Charge, the Traction Electricity Charge, the Electrification Asset Usage Charge, the Incident Cap Access Charge Supplement and any Incremental Costs or Qualifying Modification Benefit Charge which is or are payable in respect of that Charging Period.

  • In respect of each Charging Period, the Train Operator shall pay or procure payment of the Variable Charge, the Traction Electricity Charge, the Electrification Asset Usage Charge, the Incremental Costs, the Incident Cap Access Charge Supplement and the Qualifying Modification Benefit Charge.

  • The Electricity Charge for a Site is equal to: 𝐸𝐶 = (𝐸𝑃 × 𝐸 × 𝐿𝐹) + (𝐷𝐶 × 𝐷 × 𝑀) where: EC = the Electricity Charge.

Electricity Charge is defined in clause 4.2
Electricity Charge means the charge or charges for electricity as set out in the Customer Schedule (which includes a Supply Charge, a Peak Electricity Price, and an Off-Peak Electricity Price), and may be adjusted in accordance with the Contract.
