Electric Metering Equipment definition

Electric Metering Equipment means electric meters and associated equipment, including metering transformers, telemetric devices and check meters (if any), utilized (a) by the Balancing Authority applicable to the Electric Interconnection Point to determine the amount of Delivered Energy, Storage Delivered Energy, or Other Electric Products actually generated or produced by the Facility and delivered to the Electric Interconnection Point and (b) by the Parties to determine the amount of Charging Energy and Storage Delivered Energy. Unless so utilized by the Balancing Authority applicable to the Electric Interconnection Point, Electric Metering Equipment shall not include, for purposes of this Agreement, any meters that Buyer or Seller may install, own and maintain to check the accuracy and reliability of the Electric Metering Equipment.
Electric Metering Equipment means electric meters and associated equipment including, without limitation, metering transformers and meters for measuring kilowatt- hours and reactive volt-ampere hours, including check meters, if any, utilized in determining the amount of Energy or Ancillary Services produced by the operation of the Unit.

  • The Parties shall cooperate in causing PacifiCorp Transmission to make an appropriate adjustment to the Electric Metering Equipment pursuant to the Interconnection Agreement.

  • Any installations of Electric Metering Equipment required pursuant to this Agreement shall be scheduled by the Seller; provided, however, that no installation which shall or could affect deliveries of Net Energy shall be made without the prior written consent of Buyer, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • The Company shall provide Standard Metering Services and Company-owned Electric Metering Equipment in accordance with the Company’s prevailing retail service tariff on file with the Commission, as said tariff may be revised by the Company from time to time.

  • The records from such Electric Metering Equipment shall be the property of the Seller, but upon reasonable advance notice, the Seller shall make available to Buyer all data, records and charts relating to the Electric Metering Equipment, together with calculations therefrom, for inspection and verification.

Unless so utilized by the Balancing Authority applicable to the Electric Interconnection Point, Electric Metering Equipment shall not include, for purposes of this Agreement, any meters that Buyer or Seller may install, own and maintain to check the accuracy and reliability of the Electric Metering Equipment.

Electric Metering Equipment electric meters and associated equipment, which shall be owned by the Host Utility and operated and maintained in accordance with the Interconnection Agreement, including, without limitation, metering transformers and meters for measuring kilowatt-hours and reactive volt-ampere hours, utilized in determining the amount of Net Electric Energy and/or Ancillary Services delivered by Seller to the Primary Delivery Point under this Agreement. Such a condition or situation may include, but is not limited to, a forced outage of the Host Utility's electrical system, potential overloading of the Host Utility's transmission and/or distribution circuits, unusual operating conditions on either the Host Utility's or Seller's electrical system or conditions such that the Host Utility is unable to accept Net Electric Energy from the Facility without jeopardizing the Facility, the Host Utility's electrical system or the electrical systems of others to which the Host Utility's electrical system is directly or indirectly connected.
Electric Metering Equipment means electric meters and associated equipment, including, without limitation, metering transformers and meters for measuring kWh, amperes and voltage, utilized in determining the amount of Net Electric Energy delivered or provided by Independence at the Electric Delivery Point. Related to Electric Metering Equipment

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:
