Elective Stock Units definition

Elective Stock Units means Stock Units that an Eligible Director elects to receive in lieu of Retainers pursuant to ‎Section 9‎(a).
Elective Stock Units means Stock Units that are elected pursuant to Section 7(a) to be received in lieu of Retainers and/or Director Stock.
Elective Stock Units means Stock Units awarded as a result of a Participant’s election to defer the receipt of Compensation, other than an Award, in accordance with Section 4.2(b).

  • Incentive Stock Options means Option Rights that are intended to qualify as “incentive stock options” under Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision.

  • Restricted Stock Award means an award of shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(a).

  • Phantom Stock Award means an Award granted under Paragraph X of the Plan.

  • Deferred Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant under Article 9 to receive Shares (or the equivalent value in cash or other property if the Committee so provides) at a future time as determined by the Committee, or as determined by the Participant within guidelines established by the Committee in the case of voluntary deferral elections.
