Elections definition

Elections has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12.

Elections shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 8.6(a).

Elections means the form or forms on which a Participant: (i) elects to make Deferrals, (ii) elects a Distribution Date for Plan Benefits, (iii) elects the method by which his or her Benefits will be distributed; and (iv) specifies his or her Beneficiary(ies) under the Plan. An Election shall be in such form or forms as may be prescribed by the Committee, including specifically an electronic form.
