Election Forms definition

Election Forms means the form(s) established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Executive completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to make elections under the Agreement.
Election Forms shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.13(b).
Election Forms has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

Examples of Election Forms in a sentence

  • Scrip Election Forms shall be deemed to be received on the date reflected in Computershare’s electronic system.

  • Election Forms, Variation Notices and notices referred to in clause 9.3 must be in writing and must be in the form prescribed or approved by the Board from time to time.

  • The Company is under no obligation to correct invalid Election Forms, Variation Notices or notices under clause 9.3 on behalf of Shareholders.

Election Forms has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(i)(i).
