More Definitions of EIA Report

EIA Report means an environmental impact assessment report prepared in accordance with the Terms of Reference issued for the project by the Director of Environmental Assessment, Alberta Environment.

EIA Report means the Report of Weekly Retail On-Highway Diesel Prices published by Energy Information Administration of the United States Department of Energy on the EIA website (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) or otherwise, or another comparable report if the EIA Report is no longer published.
