EFT Network definition

EFT Network means the data centers and communications facilities through which Customer provides electronic funds transfer transaction processing, POS or ATM driving or card management services to clients utilizing the Licensed Programs. During the Restriction Period, Customer shall provide Euronet with a list of the addresses of the data centers where the Licensed Programs are installed, and shall update such list from time to time.
EFT Network means electronic funds transfer networks such as Star Systems, PULSE EFT Association, NYCE, and any other similar organizations or associations, and any successor organizations or associations to any of the foregoing.
EFT Network means the electronic funds transfer networks identified on SCHEDULE 2.19 to the Agreement Respecting an LLC.

  • Carrier and U.S. Bank are parties to an Amended and Restated Signatory Agreement (U.S. Transactions) dated as of November 5, 2013 (as the same has been amended and supplemented from time to time, the “U.S. Agreement”) pursuant to which U.S. Bank processes certain payments made to Carrier in the United States using Cards (as such term is defined in the U.S. Agreement) bearing the servicemark of Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International Incorporated or an EFT Network.

  • The restrictions in this Section do not apply to and shall not restrict Customer's ability to provide to third parties (including but not limited to Clients) the Client-Side Software in connection with the EFT Network Services.

  • Seller and Purchaser shall file with the Credit Card Associations, the EFT Networks and the EBT Networks any document or information that, and enter into any agreement that, each such Credit Card Association, EFT Network or EBT Network deems to be required or desirable to be filed in order for the transactions contemplated by this Agreement to be completed.

  • Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.
