Effective Date of Transfer definition

Effective Date of Transfer means the date agreed between the Hirer and the proposed transferee and specified as such by the Hirer or proposed transferee in the Notification of Transfer and submitted to LOSCAM. "Equipment" means the equipment owned by LOSCAM which may bear LOSCAM or the LOSCAM brand or mark as described in the Schedule.
