Effective Date of the Termination definition

Effective Date of the Termination means the date of death or the date on which a notice of termination by virtue of disability is given or any later date (within thirty (30) days after the giving of such notice) set forth in such notice of termination. For the avoidance of doubt, the Executive acknowledges and agrees that the payments set forth in this Section 4 constitute liquidated damages for termination of his employment during the Term upon death or by virtue of disability.

More Definitions of Effective Date of the Termination

Effective Date of the Termination means the date on which a notice of non-renewal is given by the Executive or the Company, as applicable, or any later date set forth in such notice of non-renewal.

Related to Effective Date of the Termination

  • Effective Date of Termination means the date on which a Qualifying Termination occurs which triggers the payment of Severance Benefits hereunder.
