Effective date of dissolution definition

Effective date of dissolution of an entity means, with respect to any domestic entity other than a general partnership that was a reporting entity before dissolution, the earlier of the effective date of the entity's articles of dissolution or statement of dissolution or the date as shown by the records of the secretary of state on which the entity was administratively or judicially dissolved.
Effective date of dissolution. Shall have the meaning assigned to it pursuant to Section 17.01 hereof.
