MATERNITY CARE (ROUTINE) EXPENSES means charges for pre-natal, delivery and post-natal care and treatment (up to one hundred and eighty-two (182) consecutive days after the birth of the child) for the care and treatment of the mother from the date of conception (or known conception) provided the Insured Person’s pregnancy commenced three hundred and sixty-five(365) consecutive days after the commencement of the initial Period of Insurance or after their Effective Date of Cover whichever was the latest.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Company has caused this Policy to be executed on and to commence from the Effective Date of Cover as stated in the Policy Schedule, provided that this Policy shall not be binding on the Company unless an authorised representative of the Company signs the Policy Schedule.

Chiropractors, physiotherapists and alternative therapy providers are not regarded as a Doctor Effective Date of Cover (for TPD/Income Protection cover, only) means the commencement of the Period of Insurance stated in the Schedule or the date the Insured Member joined Superestate whichever is the later.
