Effective Date Certificate definition

Effective Date Certificate means an Effective Date Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1.
Effective Date Certificate means a certificate duly completed and executed by an Authorized Person of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.
