Effect of Termination on Other Positions. If, on the Date of Termination, the Executive is a member of the Board or the board of directors of any of the Company’s subsidiaries, or holds any other position with the Company or its subsidiaries, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from all such positions as of the Date of Termination. The Executive agrees to execute such documents and take such other actions as the Company may request to reflect such resignation.
Effect of Termination on Other Positions. Upon any termination under this Section 4, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from all positions he then holds with the Company and any of its subsidiaries, and the Executive agrees to execute such documents and take such other actions as the Company may request to reflect such resignation.

If, on the Termination Date, Executive (i) is a member of the Board or any board of directors of one of Sprint’s subsidiaries, (ii) serves on the board of directors of any other corporation by nomination, appointment, or designation by Sprint or any of its subsidiaries, or (iii) holds any other position with Sprint or any of its subsidiaries, Executive shall, unless otherwise agreed to by the Company, be deemed to have resigned from all such positions as of the Termination Date. Executive agrees to execute such documents and take such other actions as the Company may request to reflect such resignations.
Effect of Termination on Other Positions. If, on the date of termination of employment with the Company, the Executive is a member of the Board of Directors of the Company or any of the Company's direct subsidiaries, (a direct subsidiary shall be defined as any subsidiary in which the Company owns a majority interest) or holds any other position with the Company, or other direct subsidiaries of the Company, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from all such positions as of the date of his termination of employment with the Company. Executive agrees to execute such documents and take such other actions as the Company may request to reflect such resignation.

If, on the date of termination of this Agreement, the Contractor is a member of the Board or a member of the Board of any of the subsidiaries, or holds any other position with the Company or any subsidiary, the Contractor shall be deemed to have resigned from all such positions as of the date of the termination of this Agreement. The Contractor agrees to execute such documents and take such other actions as the Company may request to reflect such resignation.
Effect of Termination on Other Positions. If, on the Date of Termination, the Employee is a member of the Board or the board of directors of any of Duke Energy’s affiliates, or holds any other position with Duke Energy or its affiliates, the Employee shall be deemed to have resigned from all such positions as of the date of his termination of employment with Duke Energy. The Employee agrees to execute such documents and take such other actions as Duke Energy may request to reflect such resignation.
Effect of Termination on Other Positions. If, on the date of her termination of employment with Employer, Employee is a member of the Board of Directors of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or holds any other position with the Company or any of its subsidiaries, Employee shall be deemed to have resigned from all such positions as of the date of her termination of employment with Employer. Employee agrees to execute such documents and take such other actions as Employer may request to reflect such resignation.
Effect of Termination on Other Positions with the Breathe Group The Executive agrees that, upon cessation of the Executive’s employment for any reason whatsoever, the Executive shall be deemed to have immediately resigned any position that the Executive may have as an officer, director or employee of the Breathe Group together with any other office, position or directorship which the Executive may hold in any of the Breathe Group’s related entities. In such event, the Executive shall, at the request of the Breathe Group, forthwith execute any and all documents appropriate to evidence such resignations. The Executive shall not be entitled to any payments in respect of such resignations in addition to those provided for herein.
Effect of Termination on Other Positions. If, on the Termination Date, you are a member of the Board or the board of directors of any member of the Group, or hold any other position with the Company or any member of the Group, you shall be deemed to have resigned, and shall resign, from all such positions as of the Termination Date without any further action required by you. You agree to execute such documents and take such other actions as the Company may request to reflect such resignations.
