Educational Employee means any certificated employee when used hereinafter in this Agreement and shall refer to all employees represented by the Association in the bargaining unit as defined above.

Educational Employee means employees represented by the Association in the bargaining unit as defined above. Substitutes who work more than thirty (30) cumulative days in the current school year shall become members of the bargaining unit, provided that, the only sections that apply to these employees are the substitute daily rate of pay of $130.00 and Association Dues, Article II, Section 7, and Maintenance of Membership, Article II, Section 9. Substitutes who work more than twenty (20) consecutive days in the current school year shall become members of the bargaining unit.
