EDI System definition

EDI System means an electronic data interchange system whereby any Message is transmitted from one party to another party by electronic means;
EDI System means NSD’s EDI System.
EDI System means NSD's electronic data interchange system communications in which are maintained in accordance with the EDI Agreement.
