Examples of Economic Member in a sentence
Whenever the Company is to pay any sum to any Economic Member, including distributions pursuant to Article VII, any amounts that Economic Member owes the Company, as determined by a Majority Interest, may be deducted from that sum before payment.
An Economic Member is not required to contribute or to lend any cash or property to the Company to enable the Company to return any Economic Member’s Capital Contributions.
