With respect to any Shortfall ECF Adjustment, Borrower shall promptly repay the Term Loan as set forth in Section 2.02(e) in an amount equal to the ECF Percentage (as in effect during the period in which the original Excess Cash Flow was calculated) of such Shortfall ECF Adjustment.
