ECB Recommended Rate definition

ECB Recommended Rate means a rate (inclusive of any spreads or adjustments) recommended as the replacement for €STR by the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of €STR) and/or by a committee officially endorsed or convened by the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of €STR) for the purpose of recommending a replacement for €STR (which rate may be produced by the European Central Bank or another administrator), as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;
ECB Recommended Rate means a reference rate equal to ECB Recommended Rate, as defined in Condition 5(c)(iii)(C)(e), plus 0.085%;
ECB Recommended Rate means the rate (inclusive of any spreads or adjustments) recommended as the replacement for EuroSTR by the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of EuroSTR) and/or by a committee officially endorsed or convened by the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of EuroSTR) for the purpose of recommending a replacement for EuroSTR (which rate may be produced by the European Central Bank or another administrator);

Examples of ECB Recommended Rate in a sentence

  • If an ECB Recommended Rate has been recommended and both an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event and an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date subsequently occur, then the rate of €STR for each TARGET Business Day in the relevant Observation Period occurring on or after that ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to €STR were references to the Modified EDFR.

  • If no ECB Recommended Rate has been recommended before the end of the first TARGET Business Day following the date on which the €STR Index Cessation Event occurs, then the rate of €STR for each TARGET Business Day in the relevant Observation Period on or after the €STR Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to €STR were references to the Modified EDFR.

  • If the €STR is not published, as specified above, on any particular TARGET Business Day and both an €STR Index Cessation Event and an €STR Index Cessation Effective Date have occurred, the rate of €STR for each TARGET Business Day in the relevant Observation Period on or after such €STR Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to €STR were references to the ECB Recommended Rate.

  • If no ECB Recommended Rate has been recommended before the end of the first TARGET 2 Business Day following the date on which the €STR Index Cessation Event occurs, then the rate of €STR for each TARGET 2 Business Day in the relevant Observation Period on or after the €STR Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to €STR were references to the Modified EDFR.

  • If the €STR is not published, as specified above, on any particular TARGET 2 Business Day and both an €STR Index Cessation Event and an €STR Index Cessation Effective Date have occurred, the rate of €STR for each TARGET 2 Business Day in the relevant Observation Period on or after such €STR Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to €STR were references to the ECB Recommended Rate.

  • If an ECB Recommended Rate has been recommended and both an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event and an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date subsequently occur, then the rate of €STR for each TARGET 2 Business Day in the relevant Observation Period occurring on or after that ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to €STR were references to the Modified EDFR.

  • If no ECB Recommended Rate has been recommended before the end of the first TARGET 2 Business Day following the date on which the €STR Index Cessation Event occurs, then the rate of EONIA for each TARGET 2 Business Day in the relevant Observation Period on or after the €STR Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to EONIA were references to the Modified EDFR (EONIA).

  • If an ECB Recommended Rate has been recommended and both an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event and an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date subsequently occur, then the rate of EONIA for each TARGET 2 Business Day in the relevant Observation Period occurring on or after that ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to EONIA were references to the Modified EDFR (EONIA).

  • If the Modified €STR is not published, as specified above, on any particular TARGET 2 Business Day and both an €STR Index Cessation Event and an €STR Index Cessation Effective Date have occurred, the rate of EONIA for each TARGET 2 Business Day in the relevant Observation Period on or after such €STR Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to EONIA were references to the ECB Recommended Rate.

  • If no ECB Recommended Rate has been recommended before the end of the first T2 Business Day following the date on which the €STR Index Cessation Event occurs, then the rate of €STR for each T2 Business Day in the relevant Observation Period on or after the €STR Index Cessation Effective Date will be determined as if references to €STR were references to the Modified EDFR.

ECB Recommended Rate means a rate (inclusive of any spreads or adjustments) recommended as the replacement for

ECB Recommended Rate means the rate (inclusive of any spreads or adjustments) recommended as the replacement for €STR by (i) the European Central Bank (or, failing which, any successor administrator of
ECB Recommended Rate means the rate (inclusive of any spreads or adjustments) recommended as the replacement for EuroSTR by (i) the European Central Bank (or, failing which, any successor administrator of EuroSTR) or, failing which, (ii) a committee officially endorsed or convened by the European Central Bank (or, failing which, any successor administrator of EuroSTR) for the purpose of recommending a replacement for EuroSTR (such replacement being produced by the European Central Bank or another administrator), all as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent.
ECB Recommended Rate means the interest rate (including any spreads and adjustments) recommended (i) by the European Central Bank (or a replacement administrator for the €STR) or (ii) by an entity officially nominated by the European Central Bank (or a replacement administrator for the €STR) as a replacement for €STR. 1 This Supplemental Agreement is NOT intended to cover transactions (in particular OTC-derivative transactions) referring to EONIA. 2 Delete and/or complete as appropriate.

Related to ECB Recommended Rate

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event, the first date on which the ECB Recommended Rate is no longer provided, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;

  • Company Board Recommendation has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03(d).

  • Adverse Recommendation Change has the meaning set forth in Section 7.11(e).

  • Board Recommendation has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.4(2).

  • Company Recommendation has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).

  • Change of Recommendation has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(d).

  • Term SOFR Rate means, with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing and for any tenor comparable to the applicable Interest Period, the Term SOFR Reference Rate at approximately 5:00 a.m., Chicago time, two U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the commencement of such tenor comparable to the applicable Interest Period, as such rate is published by the CME Term SOFR Administrator.

  • Assumed Rate means the probable average effective rate expected to be earned for the core annuity division on a long−term basis. The assumed rate shall be a rate of 8 percent and the actuar- ial assumption for across−the−board salary increases for the pur- pose of valuing the liabilities of the Wisconsin Retirement System shall be 3.4 percent less than the assumed rate unless due to changed economic circumstances the actuary recommends and the board approves a different rate. The assumed rate for a calen- dar year shall be used for all calculations of required contributions and reserves for participants, except as provided in s. 40.04 (4) (a) 2., 2g., and 2m., and the amount of any lump sum benefit paid instead of an annuity, except it shall not be used for any purpose for which the assumed benefit rate is to be used under sub. (6).

  • Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day(i):

  • Current Rate means the applicable basic minimum wage rate for Local Workers by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance, prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for submission of Tenders.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.
