EC Member definition

EC Member means any current or former member of the Executive Committee.
EC Member means either of the GC EC Member and the Station EC Member.
EC Member shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, however, the Managing Partner shall be solely responsible for the compensation and overhead costs of such officers, and no Person shall be entitled to any compensation for acting as an officer or EC Member of the Partnership or any Subsidiary.

  • At the request of any EC Member, DDR shall prior to filing deliver to the Executive Committee for review and approval any tax return or other filing set forth in the request of such EC Member.

  • Notice of a meeting shall also be deemed given to any EC Member who attends the meeting without protesting before or at its commencement the lack of notice to that EC Member.

  • Any amendment, modification, supplement or repeal of Section 18-108 of the Act or any successor section thereto or of this Section 8.2(a) shall not adversely affect any right or protection of, or apply to or have any effect on the liability or alleged liability of, any Covered EC Member or any other Person entitled to indemnification under this Section 8.2(a) for or with respect to acts or omissions of such Covered EC Member or Person occurring prior to such amendment, modification, supplement or repeal.

  • At the request of any EC Member, the Managing Partner shall cause drafts of all tax returns (including all related schedules and exhibits and, upon request, copies of all supporting work papers) to be submitted to the Executive Committee for its approval no later than April 1 each calendar year.

  • The initial Station EC Member designated by Station shall be Xxxxx X.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a Covered EC Member (in his or her capacity as such) shall have rights of indemnification and advancement under this Section 8.2(a) and not under Section 8.1(b).


More Definitions of EC Member

EC Member means a Member's representative serving on the EC.
EC Member means a Member of the Executive Committee and includes any person acting in that capacity from time to time appointed in accordance with this Constitution.

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.

  • Common Member means a Member holding Common Units.

  • Contributing Member shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

  • Special Member means, upon such person's admission to the Company as a member of the Company pursuant to Section 5(c), a person acting as Independent Director, in such person's capacity as a member of the Company. A Special Member shall only have the rights and duties expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Active member means a member of the pension program or the individual account program

  • New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.

  • Founding Members means those public school districts, cities, counties, and other governmental units that are signatories to the Joint Powers Agreement and have a voting member serving on the JPA's Board of Directors.

  • Preferred Member means a Member holding Preferred Units.

  • Participating member means an eligible employee who elects to participate in the defined contribution retirement plan established under this chapter.

  • A Member means a companion, fellow, member, honorary member, associate or affiliate of the Society

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • Inactive member means a member of the pension program or the individual account pro-
