EBVT Area definition

EBVT Area means the floor area of the balcony or verandah or open terrace as the case may be, which is appurtenant to the net usable floor area of Unit, meant for the exclusive use of the Allottee.

In case of any dispute on the measurement of EBVT Area, the same shall be physically measured after removing all finishes that have been applied / fitted and the cost of removal and refitting of such finishes shall be borne by the Party which raises the dispute in relation to the measurement of EBVT Area.
