Easement Rights definition

Easement Rights means the Mill Owner Easement Rights and/or the Ingevity Easement Rights.
Easement Rights means the right to place, install, construct, re-construct, inspect, maintain, operate, alter, enlarge, repair, replace, relocate and remove Electrical Infrastructure over, along, within or under the Road Allowances provided for this Agreement.
Easement Rights means the rights described as follows:

Examples of Easement Rights in a sentence

  • Easement Rights over the Complex Common Portions, being the facilities and amenities which may be provided by the Sellers for common benefit and utilization of all or specified portions of the Said Complex, described in Part II of the 3rd Schedule below, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Right of conditional easement of use (Easement Rights) on certain amenities and facilities such as gatehouse, roads, pathways, walkways, drainage and sewage pipeline and STP (if any), landscaped green areas and water bodies (collectively Specified Facilities).

More Definitions of Easement Rights

Easement Rights means the right to place, install, construct, re-construct, inspect, maintain, operate, alter, enlarge, repair, replace, relocate and remove Equipment over, along, within or under the ROWs provided for this Agreement;
Easement Rights means the right to place, install, construct, re-construct, inspect, maintain, operate, alter, enlarge, repair, replace, relocate and remove Electrical Infrastructure over, along, across, within or under the Road Allowances provided for this Agreement.
Easement Rights means, collectively (a) the right, title and interest in the BLM Easements conveyed to Lessor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, (b) the right, title and interest in the Jxxxxx Easements conveyed to Lessor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, and (c) the right, title and interest conveyed to Lessor pursuant to the Easement Agreement and Transfer of Improvements (Nerd Farm) pursuant to the Purchase Agreement (but exclusive of the Improvements transferred pursuant to such Easement Agreement and Transfer of Improvements).
Easement Rights means the easements to be granted by RPC to Buyer in the Quitclaim Deed and the Reciprocal Easement Agreement, as applicable.
Easement Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(c).
Easement Rights set forth in Section 1.1 of the Lease shall be amended to read as follows:
