Easement Land definition

Easement Land means those parts of the Land specifically marked on the Plan and referred to in Schedule A of this instrument.
Easement Land means that part of the Servient Tenement identified in Schedule A in this easement as Easement Land and those other parts of the Servient Tenement (including buildings) on which the Grantee has installed and located its Lines and Works.
