Earth disturbance definition

Earth disturbance means construction activities including clearing, grading, and excavating, but does not include routine maintenance that is performed to maintain the original line and grade, hydraulic capacity, or original purpose of the facility.
Earth disturbance means any land or vegetation change, including, but not limited to, clearing, grubbing, stripping, removal of vegetation, dredging, grading, excavating,transporting and filling of land, that do not involve construction, paving or any other installation of impervious cover.
