Earnxxx Xxxey Deposit definition

Earnxxx Xxxey Deposit has the meaning set forth in Section 1(c) above.

Earnxxx Xxxey Deposit means the funds held and invested by the Earnxxx Xxxey Escrow Agent under the Earnxxx Xxxey Escrow Agreement.

More Definitions of Earnxxx Xxxey Deposit

Earnxxx Xxxey Deposit means the cash sum of One Million and No/100 Dollars (together with interest, if any, thereon) deposited by Purchaser with Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 4.1.
