Early Termination Conditions definition

Early Termination Conditions means the types of conditions listed in Schedule A.
Early Termination Conditions means, with respect to an Early Termination Payment, following: (i) an Early Termination Schedule becoming final and binding, and (ii) either (A) no Payment Condition is applicable or (B) a Payment Condition has been satisfied.
Early Termination Conditions means, with respect to any portion of an Early Termination Payment, that (i) the Early Termination Effective Date has occurred and (ii) either (A) no Payment Condition is applicable or (B) a Payment Condition has been satisfied.

Examples of Early Termination Conditions in a sentence

  • The Vendor agrees to take all commercially reasonable steps within its power to satisfy the Early Termination Conditions identified in subparagraph (d) above.

  • There are no Early Termination Conditions applicable to this Purchase Agreement other than those identified in subparagraph (d) above and any appendix listing additional Early Termination Conditions.

  • This time limitation does not apply to the condition in subparagraph 1(b)(iv) of Schedule A which must be satisfied or waived by the Vendor within 60 days following the later of: (A) the signing of the Purchase Agreement; and (B) the satisfaction or waiver by the Purchaser of a Purchaser financing condition permitted under paragraph (l) below.Note: The parties must add additional pages as an appendix to this Addendum if there are additional Early Termination Conditions.

  • Early Termination Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, these Conditions or the relevant Final Terms;

  • Early Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Termination Option Event means an event of a kind defined as such in Section 4.1, 4.2 or 4.8.

  • Minimum Extension Condition has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).
