Early Release definition

Early Release means the date upon which the Employee’s employment shall terminate prior to 31 December 2017 in accordance with clause 3.2;

More Definitions of Early Release

Early Release means that the Program or Material is not formally released or generally available. The term does not imply that formal release or general availability will take place. IBM does not guarantee that a Program or Material made generally available will be similar to, or compatible with, Early Release versions. IBM grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license under the terms stated below to the Program or Material in the country in which you acquire it.
Early Release means the court sanctioned discontinuance of probation or pre-trial diversion prior to the expiration of sentence.
