Early Redemption Price definition

Early Redemption Price means 101 per cent. of the principal amount of the Notes together with any accrued interest and any Arrears of Interest (including any Additional Interest Amounts thereon) up to the Early Redemption Date of the Notes.
Early Redemption Price means (a) 101% of the principal amount of the Euro 10 Year Non-Call Notes in the case where the redemption of the Euro 10 Year Non-Call Notes occurs before the First Reset Date as a result of an Accounting Event, an Equity Credit Rating Event, a Tax Deduction Event or a Premium Substantial Repurchase Event and (b) 100% of the principal amount of the Euro 10 Year Non-Call Notes (x) in the case of an Accounting Event, an Equity Credit Rating Event, a Tax Deduction Event or a Premium Substantial Repurchase Event where such redemption occurs after the First Reset Date or (y) in the case of a Par Substantial Repurchase Event, a Gross-Up Event or a Withholding Tax Event, in each case together with any accrued interest and any Arrears of Interest (including any Additional Interest Amounts thereon) up to the Early Redemption Date of the Euro 10 Year Non-Call Notes.
Early Redemption Price means 101 per cent. of the principal amount of the Euro 5 Year Non-Call Notes together with any accrued interest and any Arrears of Interest (including any Additional Interest Amounts thereon) up to the Early Redemption Date of the Euro 5 Year Non-Call Notes.

  • Notes redeemed pursuant to this Condition 6.3 will be redeemed at the Applicable Early Redemption Price (as defined below) together (if appropriate) with interest accrued to (but excluding) the date of redemption.

Early Redemption Price means, with respect to any junior subordinated debentures to be redeemed in accordance with the rating agency call, the greater of (1) 100% of the principal amount of the junior subordinated debentures to be redeemed, and (2) the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal (discounted from October 15, 2011) and interest that would have been payable to and including October 15, 2011 (discounted from their respective interest payment dates) on the junior subordinated debentures to be redeemed (not including any portion of such payments of interest accrued to the early redemption date) to the early redemption date on a semiannual basis (assuming a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months) at the treasury rate plus 50 basis points, as calculated by the premium calculation agent; plus, in either case (1) or (2), accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount being redeemed to the early redemption date.
Early Redemption Price means the price (as notified by the Facility Agent to the Borrowers) expressed as a percentage and rounded up to four decimal places at which the Gross Redemption Yield on the principal amount prepaid (assuming it were to remain outstanding to its original maturity) on the Determination Date would be equal to the Gross Redemption Yield of the Reference Government Bond at 3.00 p.m. on the Determination Date.
