Early Redemption Day definition

Early Redemption Day means the day falling four years after the Issuance Date of a series of Notes, provided that if such date falls on a day that is not a Business Day, such date will be postponed until the next Business Day;
Early Redemption Day means the day falling three years and six months after the Issuance Date of a series of Notes;

Examples of Early Redemption Day in a sentence

  • If the Notes are not redeemed on the Early Redemption Day, the Holders will participate in full to the return, if any, of the Benchmark Portfolio, such that Holders will have a return on their Notes on the Maturity Date equal to the Maturity Redemption Amount less the Principal Amount.

  • No payment will be made prior to such date, save any payment made on an Early Redemption Day or Special Reimbursement Date.

  • During the period from, and including, [insert first Interest Payment Date on which an automatic early redemption may take place] to, but excluding, [insert last Interest Payment Date on which an automatic early redemption may take place] the Notes shall be redeemed in whole, but not in part, at the [Final] [Early] Redemption Amount on any Automatic Early Redemption Day (as defined below).

  • The above definition implies that the role of the nurse is to plan learning experiences with the patient as a component of total care, so that patients share responsibility for health.

  • With the exception of a payment made on the Early Redemption Day, or as otherwise provided herein, no payment will be made prior to the Maturity Date.

Related to Early Redemption Day

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Redemption Day means the last Business Day of each week or such other day or days as the Directors may from time to time determine that Participating Shares in the Fund are available for redemption;

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);

  • Early Redemption Event means that R (k) is equal to or greater than the Early Redemption Level (k) on the respective Observation Date (k).

  • Early Redemption Notice means an irrevocable notice from the Issuer to Noteholders in accordance with Condition 23 (Notices) (or, in the case of Condition 8(f) (Redemption Following the Occurrence of an Event of Default), from the Trustee to the Issuer) that specifies that the Notes are to be redeemed pursuant to one of Conditions 8(c) (Redemption Following a Collateral Event) to 8(f) (Redemption Following the Occurrence of an Event of Default). An Early Redemption Notice given pursuant to Condition 8 (Redemption and Purchase) must contain a description in reasonable detail of the facts relevant to the determination that the Notes are to be redeemed and, in the case of an Early Redemption Notice given by the Issuer, must specify the anticipated Early Redemption Date and which of Conditions 8(c) (Redemption Following aCollateral Event) to 8(f) (Redemption Following the Occurrence of an Event of Default), as the case may be, are applicable. A copy of any Early Redemption Notice shall also be sent by the Issuer, or the Trustee, as the case may be, to all Transaction Parties, save that any failure to deliver a copy shall not invalidate the relevant Early Redemption Notice.

  • Monthly Redemption means the redemption of this Debenture pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof.

  • Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the day on which the Issuer has received payment in full from the Margin Loan Provider of the amounts payable in respect of the termination of the LS Margin Account Agreement.

  • Early Redemption Level (k) means the Early Redemption Factor (k) x R (initial).

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Early Redemption Amount (Tax) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Early Redemption Factor (k) means the "Early Redemption Factor (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Final Redemption Settlement Date means the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the Final Redemption Date.

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Price means $25,000 per share plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends plus any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period.

  • Mandatory Redemption Price means $25,000 per share of AMPS plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends.
