Early Head Start definition

Early Head Start means a family-focused child development program serving children from birth to three years of age under Section 645A of the Head Start Act.
Early Head Start means a program that provides low income pregnant women and their families with children from birth to age 3 with family-centered services that facilitate child development, support parental roles, and promotes self- sufficiency.‌
