Early Amortisation Period definition

Early Amortisation Period means in respect of a class of a Series, the period commencing on and including the day following the occurrence of an Early Amortisation Event and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the date on which all Notes have been repaid in full and (b) the date on which the Trustee (as directed in writing by the holders of each class of each Series) gives notice to the Issuer that the circumstances giving rise to an Early Amortisation Event have ceased to exist.
Early Amortisation Period means the period from and including the date on which an Early Amortisation Event is declared under the Transaction Administration Agreement until the earlier to occur of (a) the date on which the Enforcement Period commences and (b) the date on which the Note Issuer Obligations have been paid in full.
Early Amortisation Period. ’ means, with respect to any Note, the period beginning on the date on which an Early Amortisation Event is declared to have commenced or automatically commences with respect to such Note and continuing to and including the earlier to occur of (i) the date on which such Early Amortisation Event shall have been waived and (ii) the date on which all principal of and interest (including any Additional Amounts) on such Note and all other amounts due from the Issuer pursuant to the Transaction Documents have been paid in full in accordance with their terms.

Examples of Early Amortisation Period in a sentence

  • During the Early Amortisation Period, the FCT shall redeem all the Class A Notes in accordance with the Early Amortisation Priority of Payments.

  • The Early Amortisation Period will begin on the first day of the Collection Period in which an Early Amortisation Event occurs.

  • On the first Payment Date relating to the Normal Amortisation Period or the Early Amortisation Period (as applicable), the Series Excess Funding Amount will be withdrawn from the Excess Funding Account and credited to the Principal Funding Account.

  • On the first Allocation Date during the Normal Amortisation Period or Early Amortisation Period, the Series Excess Funding Amount will be withdrawn from the Excess Funding Account and credited to the Principal Funding Account.

  • On each Note Payment Date following a Trust Distribution Date that falls in the Early Amortisation Period, or on or after the Enforcement Date principal in respect of the Notes shall be repaid, to the extent of funds available therefor in accordance with the priority of payments set forth in the Note Trust Deed, in an aggregate principal amount equal to the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Notes as at such date, until the Notes have been redeemed in full at the Note Redemption Amount.

  • After payment in full of the Class B Nominal Liquidation Amount, the holders of the Class C Notes will be entitled to receive, on each Distribution Date during the Early Amortisation Period, Available Principal Collections until the Class C Nominal Liquidation Amount is reduced to zero.

  • On the Business Day immediately preceding the Scheduled Redemption Date, or, if earlier, the first Distribution Date following the commencement of the Early Amortisation Period, amounts accumulated in the Principal Funding Account for the Notes will be transferred and credited to the Issuer Principal Ledger.


More Definitions of Early Amortisation Period

Early Amortisation Period means the period from the day following the occurrence of an Early Amortisation Event to the earlier of (i) the Payment Date on which the Class A Notes and the outstanding Class B Loan are redeemed in full, (ii) the Legal Final Maturity Date, and (iii) the day (excluded) on which a Liquidation Notice is served.

  • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2009-VFN Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.

  • Rapid Amortization Period means the Amortization Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 2001-D Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Agreement.

  • Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Early Amortization Event means any Early Amortization Event specified in Section 5.01 of the Indenture.

  • Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, or any Class within a Series, a period following the Revolving Period during which principal is distributed to Investor Certificateholders, which shall be the controlled amortization period, the principal amortization period, the rapid amortization period, or other amortization period, in each case as defined with respect to such Series in the related Supplement.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Amortisation Yield means the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) used to calculate the Amortised Nominal Amount of a Zero Coupon Note, in accordance with the provisions of Condition 7.5.1.

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Accumulation Period has the meaning set forth in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.

  • Interest Calculation Period means the interest calculation period set out or referred to in item 5(d) of the Mortgage Form;

  • Non-Payment Period means a period commencing on and including a Dividend Payment Date or redemption date for which the Trust shall fail to (i) declare, prior to the close of business on the second Business Day preceding such Dividend Payment Date, for payment on or (to the extent permitted by Section 11.2(c)(i) of these Bylaws) within three Business Days after such Dividend Payment Date to the Holders as of 12:00 noon, New York City time, on the Business Day preceding such Dividend Payment Date, the full amount of any dividend on APS payable on such Dividend Payment Date, provided, however, that if the Trust is not able to make such declaration in compliance with the foregoing because an unforeseen event or unforeseen events causes or cause a day that otherwise would have been a Business Day not to be a Business Day, then the Trust may make such declaration on the Business Day immediately preceding the Dividend Payment Date, if possible, or, if not possible, on the Dividend Payment Date, and in such case the Trust shall not be deemed to have failed to declare a dividend otherwise required to be declared, or (ii) deposit, irrevocably in trust, in same-day funds, with the Auction Agent by 12:00 noon, New York City time, (A) on such Dividend Payment Date the full amount of any cash dividend on such shares payable (if declared) on such Dividend Payment Date or (B) on any such redemption date for any shares of APS called for redemption, the Mandatory Redemption Price per share of such APS or, in the case of an optional redemption, the Optional Redemption Price per share, and ending on and including the Business Day on which, by 12:00 noon, New York City time, all unpaid cash dividends and unpaid redemption prices shall have been so deposited or shall have otherwise been made available to Holders in same-day funds; provided that, a Non-Payment Period shall not end unless the Trust shall have given at least five days’ but no more than 30 days’ written notice of such deposit or availability to the Auction Agent, all Existing Holders (at their addresses appearing in the Share Books) and the Securities Depository. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the failure by the Trust to deposit funds as provided for by clauses (ii)(A) or (ii)(B) above within three Business Days after any Dividend Payment Date or redemption date, as the case may be, in each case to the extent contemplated by Section 11.2(c)(i) of these Bylaws, shall not constitute a “Non-Payment Period.”

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.

  • Rapid Amortization Event has the meaning given to it in Section 5.16.

  • Amortization Payment Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Coupon Period means the period commencing on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Coupon Payment Date and each successive period commencing on (and including) a Coupon Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Coupon Payment Date;

  • Return Accumulation Period means the period from (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the Issue Date) to (but excluding) the next (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the first) Periodic Distribution Date;

  • Post-Transaction Period means, with respect to any Specified Transaction, the period beginning on the date such Specified Transaction is consummated and ending on the last day of the eighth full consecutive fiscal quarter immediately following the date on which such Specified Transaction is consummated.

  • Repayment Period means the period beginning on the Loan Commencement Date and continuing for 36 calendar months.

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and
