EAP services definition

EAP services means assessment and referral assistance with medical and mental health problems, including alcohol or drug abuse and emotional, marital, familial, financial or other personal problems.
EAP services means the set of services for which DES has contracted with Network Provider to provide to its employees on an as needed, referral basis. Such services may include face-to-face assessment, short-term problem solving, and referral.
EAP services means Employee Assistance Program Services offered through Triad, which includes, but is not limited to individual, couple and family counseling; and group and workshop leadership programs.

Examples of EAP services in a sentence

  • There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week.

  • As needed, and on a referral basis, Contractor shall provide EAP Services as outlined herein.
