Dutch Security Documents definition

Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Share Pledges, the Dutch Intercompany Pledges and any other Dutch law security document creating security for the benefit of the Collateral Agent.
Dutch Security Documents means (a) the Foreign Pledge Agreement and (b) all other security agreements delivered pursuant to this Agreement and granted by any Dutch Loan Party and all confirmations and acknowledgements thereof, in each case relating to the grant to the Collateral Agent of a security interest in the ABL Priority Collateral owned by such Dutch Loan Party.
Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreements, the Dutch Share Pledges, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Dutch law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.

More Definitions of Dutch Security Documents

Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreements, and, after the execution and delivery thereof, each other document executed and delivered by any Dutch Credit Party pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure the Obligations, each document, if any, executed and delivered by any Dutch Credit Party pursuant to the Additional Inventory Security Actions and each document, if any, executed and delivered by any Dutch Credit Party pursuant to the Additional Account Security Actions.
Dutch Security Documents means (a) Dutch law notarial share pledges over the Equity Interests in each Foreign Subsidiary Loan Party incorporated under Dutch law (including the Dutch Borrower), (b) Dutch law pledges over all receivables owing to any of the Foreign Subsidiary Loan Parties incorporated under Dutch law (which will be notified pledges in respect of intercompany receivables, insurance receivables and bank account receivables and not notified until an Event of Default has occurred in respect of trade receivables), (c) Dutch law pledges over all stock, inventory and other tangible assets located in the Netherlands and all intellectual property rights registered in or in respect of the Netherlands and (d) any other Dutch law security document that may be entered into by any Loan Party.
Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Trust Deed, Dutch Deed of Non-Possessory Pledge of Vehicles, the Dutch Deed of Pledge of Receivables, the Dutch Shares Pledge, the Dutch Second Ranking Deed of Pledge of Registered Shares, the Dutch Second Ranking Deed of Non-Possessory Pledge of Vehicles, the Dutch Second Ranking Receivables Pledge, the Dutch Third Ranking Deed of Pledge of Registered Shares, the Dutch Third Ranking Deed of Non-Possessory Pledge of Vehicles, and the Dutch Third Ranking Receivables Pledge.
Dutch Security Documents means each of the Dutch security documents listed in Part III of Schedule 15 (Transaction Security Documents) in each case securing the Secured Obligations.
Dutch Security Documents means (a) each document identified on Schedule S to the Agreement (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented by Agent (at the direction of the Required Lenders) to add additional Dutch Security Documents in connection with the Loan Documents) and (b) any other documents governed by Dutch law under which security rights are granted to Agent.
Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Trust Deed, Dutch Deed of Non-Possessory Pledge of Vehicles, the Dutch Deed of Pledge of Receivables and the Dutch Shares Pledge.
