Dutch Security Agreement definition

Dutch Security Agreement means each of the security documents expressed to be governed by the laws of The Netherlands (as modified, supplemented, amended or amended and restated from time to time) covering certain of such Dutch Loan Party’s present and future Dutch Collateral.
Dutch Security Agreement means the security agreement between each Subsidiary incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands as pledgor and the Collateral Agent as pledgee governed by Dutch law creating a right of pledge over the Collateral described therein.
